These terms apply when you use EngliGo Academy (“EngliGo”, “we”) at engligoacademy.com. By creating an account, you agree to them.
1. Your account
- You need a Bangladeshi mobile number to sign up.
- One account per person. Don’t share your login.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
2. Plans
- The level assessment is free. Speaking practice, AI partners and IELTS scoring need a paid plan.
- Prices are in BDT and shown on the pricing page before you buy.
- A plan runs for the period you choose, then ends. It does not renew automatically.
- Coupons apply only as stated and can’t be exchanged for cash.
3. AI feedback
- Corrections, scores and practice partners are generated by AI and can be wrong.
- IELTS band scores are practice estimates, not official results.
- EngliGo is not affiliated with IELTS, the British Council, IDP or Cambridge University Press & Assessment.
4. Fair use
Please don’t:
- Share, resell or copy our lessons, mock tests or other content.
- Use bots or scripts, or try to get around limits or security.
- Harass others or use the service for anything illegal.
5. Content
- Lessons, mock tests, scenarios and the app belong to EngliGo.
- Your answers and essays stay yours. You let us process them to give you feedback.
6. Ending your account
- You can ask us to delete your account at any time. See the Privacy Policy.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. A suspended account loses access to its plan.
7. Liability
EngliGo is a practice tool. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we don’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free, or that you will reach a particular score or result.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
