We built EngliGo to move your score. If you do the work and it doesn’t, you shouldn’t pay for it.
The guarantee
Practise on EngliGo consistently for 3 months. If you haven’t improved by at least 1 band over your starting score, we refund your plan in full.
No partial refunds, no deductions, no reasons required beyond the steps below.
Who qualifies
- You hold a paid EngliGo plan and have used it for at least 3 months.
- You practised on at least 5 days a week in that period.
- You finished at least one full mock test every month, so we can track your progress.
- You used your own account. Shared or resold accounts don’t qualify.
Your practice history in the app is the record. You don’t need to prove anything.
Measuring progress
We compare two scores.

| Starting score | Your latest official IELTS result before you started, or your first EngliGo full mock test. |
| Final score | Your latest official IELTS result, or your best EngliGo full mock test in month 3. |
- Improvement means an overall gain of 1.0 band or more.
- If you have both an official result and an EngliGo score, we use whichever shows the higher gain.
- EngliGo scores are practice estimates, as described in our Terms.
How to claim

- We reviewWe check your practice and scores within 7 days.
- You get paidApproved refunds go back to your original payment method.
- Send your request within 14 days after your 3 months end.
- Attach your official IELTS result if you want us to count it.
Your refund
- You get back 100% of the price you paid, after any coupon.
- Refunds are sent to the payment method you used. Your bank or mobile wallet may take a few working days to show it.
- Your plan ends when the refund is paid.
Not covered
- Plans with less than 3 months of use, or practice below the levels above.
- Accounts closed for breaking our Terms.
- Requests sent after the 14-day window.
- Anything other than a score gain, such as a change of mind. Write to us and we’ll look at it fairly.
